The bottom of the reservoir is not seeping and the mop stays dry, what to do?

Updated on 2024/03/13
Try to fill the reservior with water without sticking the mop, open the water filling port, and observe whether water seeps through the seepage hole.
1. If yes, stick the mop again, start cleaning and observe if it is normal;
2. If no water seepage, you can open the water filling port, inject about 50 ℃ warm water to soak and shake to clean, and then refill the water, open the water filling port, and observe whether the water seepage. If the problem still persists, please contact Ecovacs support.
