The robot cannot be charged.

1. Confirm that the adapter has been installed in place, check whether the power socket is energized, replace the socket to test.
2. Check if there is any dirt or black spots on the charging contacts of the charging dock/AES and robot, wipe it with a dry rag and try charging again.
3. Long press the power button to reboot and charge.

Tips:
Please check if the red light is flashing during operation. If so, follow the voice prompts to troubleshoot.
