The WINBOT W2 does not work after powering it on.

Updated on 2024/02/19
1. If the indicator of the power button flashes blue, it means that the WINBOT W2's internal safety battery is low. Please fully charge the WINBOT W2 before use (the indicator is flashing blue during charging, and it stays on and then goes out after it is fully charged).
2. If the indicator of the power button is steady on in blue, please press and hold the power button for 2s to start the fan, and the WINBOT W2 will be attached onto the surface and start working with a voice reminder. If the WINBOT W2 still does not move after the voice reminder, please try the following:
① Check whether the wiping pad is attached correctly, with the width of the pad corresponding to the width of the WINBOT W2's bottom.
② If the surface is too dirty, it is recommended to use the ECOVACS HOME App to control the WINBOT W2. Use a dry cloth to wipe the driving threads when necessary.
Note:
a. Do not spray water or other cleaning solution on the window surface before using the WINBOT W2 to avoid slipping.
b. When using the WINBOT W2 in an area above an altitude of 2000 meters, due to the low atmospheric pressure, the WINBOT W2 may not start.
3. If the indicator of the power button flashes red, please follow the voice reminder to troubleshoot.
4. If the indicator flashes red and then goes out, it means that the safety battery of the WINBOT W2 is low, please connect the power supply and fully charge the WINBOT W2 before use.
