What should I do when the DEEBOT goes down a stair during cleaning and cannot come back up?

● DEEBOT can cross stairs or door sills up to 2cm in height; its ability to go over obstacles will decrease slightly when it's equipped with a cloth for mopping.
● If there are stairs over 2cm in height, please open the app and create virtual boundaries in front of the stairs. DEEBOT will not enter the virtual boundaries for cleaning.
