Why is there still hair wrapped around the main brush?

1. We recommend using a stronger gear for improved anti-tangle results.
2. While the main brush works great for most hair types, there will still be a small amount of hair that gets tangled when the brush is used on long and tangled hair. Compared to other main brushes, this brush saves you a lot of cleaning time and effort. It should be cleaned on a regular basis.
