Why is the Video Manager unable to launch or why is there no image?

a. Check the Wi-Fi connection status. The Video Manager will work normally only if DEEBOT is in an area with a good Wi-Fi signal.
b. Check if the camera is blocked and remove the blocking object, if any;
c. For the best results, stay on top of the latest firmware updates and upgrade your DEEBOT via the ECOVACS app in a timely manner.
