The clean water tank is full of water, but the robot reminds that the clean water tank is lack of water or the clean tank is uninstalled.

1) Open the top cover of the station, and take out the clean water tank to check whether the water level is higher than the floater.
a. It is normal if the water level is lower than the floater. It means that the water is insufficient, please add water to the tank.
b. If the water level is higher than the floater, please lift the clean water tank and put it into the station again.
2) If the robot still alarms, please
a. Push the floater gently to check whether it is stuck. If there is no alarm after pushing, then the tank can be used normally.
b. If the floater cannot be pushed or it still alarms after pushing, please contact ECOVACS Customer Service.
c. Check whether the floater is broken, resulting in water inside the floater. If yes, please contact ECOACS Customer Service.

2. The clean water tank is properly installed and there is water, but the robot still reminds that the clean water tank is uninstalled.
1) Take out the clean water tank, press the sealing plug and put it back.
2) Check whether the small magnet on the clean water tank is lost, if so, please contact ECOVACS Customer Service.
