Robot can't be charged, what can I do?

1.Check whether the power cord is correctly plugged into the power outlet. You can also try a different outlet. 2.Please clean the charging contacts of the docking station and confirm that the rebound is normal. 3.Clean the Robot charging contacts of the Robot. 4.Long press power button until hear the start up music, short press the return button to make Robot return automactically; If Robot can't be turned on, manually push it in to dock with charging station, wait for indicator light flashing. 5..Please check charging status in the app if there is a lightning icon.
