Why does the GOAT indicate that the machine is occupied during network setup?

If your machine has already been paired by others, the new pairing is not allowed.
(1) If the paired account is your family's, it can be shared through APP, you can also have the permission to use it.
(2) If the paired account is others', you can contact the orevious user to unpair (device list delete device through APP)
(3) Reset the machine and try again.
