WINBOT Not Spraying Water?

Reminder: If your WINBOT is not spraying water, be aware of these conditions where spraying does not occur: 1. No spraying during edge cleaning; 2. No spraying on small windows (width < 40cm); 3. No spraying when returning to initial point; 4. No spraying during omnidirectional remote control (manual spray available); 5. Spraying disabled in App settings.
If spraying still fails:
1. Check the water tank level. Refill if you hear 'Low water level';
2. Clean the spray nozzle with a clean, damp cloth to avoid blockage;
3. In the ECOVACS HOME App, ensure 'Auto Spray' is turned on;
4. If still not working, tap 'Front Spray' or 'Rear Spray' in the solution options and observe the result.
