Why Can’t WINBOT Clean Narrow Glass (Width > 30 cm)? Why Does It Get Stuck?

WINBOT moves using its drive tracks.
On narrow, tall glass, it must be aligned with the longer side to move properly.
If placed incorrectly, it may get stuck and trigger an alert.
WINBOT supports a minimum window size of 30 × 40 cm.
Try the following:
If you hear “WINBOT is trapped. Please remove and attach it vertically,”
it means WINBOT was placed sideways. Rotate it 90° and attach vertically.
If you hear “WINBOT is trapped. Please remove and attach it horizontally,”
rotate the WINBOT 90° and attach it horizontally as instructed.
