Why does the GOAT fail to reposition and trigger mowing after I move it?

Triggering a task after moving the GOAT requires repositioning first.
(1) Relocation of the GOAT will fail in shaded areas.
(2) It is recommended to move the GOAT to a spacious and unobstructed area far from the boundaries (>1.5m) on the map and then try again.
