Why can't the GOAT connect to the App even after completing network setup?

(1) Ensure that the region you select when logging in to the APP is the same as the region where the host currently resides. The APP may be unavailable after the network is configured across regions.
(2) Check whether the Wi-Fi icon on the GOAT display is lit up to ensure the signal avilable. If not, it means the GOAT is disconnected from the router. If the Wi-Fi icon on the GOAT display is lit up, the router may be malfunctioning.
(3) After restoring the WiFi connection, you can try to re-configure the network settings.
