I removed the GOAT from the map. Why didn't it trigger the alarm beyond the range of the map?

(1) Please confirm whether installed 4G Cellular Module，and 4G Cellular Module is turned on in Settings > Robot Settings >Net Settings-“4G Cellular Module”.
(2) Please confirm whether Distance Alarm is turned on in Settings > Robot Settings >Net Settings-“4G Cellular Module”.
(3) The current setting for exceeding the map range is 200m. When GOAT is >200 m away from the map, an alarm will be automatically triggered
