1.Use the ECOVACS HOME App to remotely control the WINBOT to an accessible position.
2.Hold the handle of the WINBOT firmly, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds until the fan stops operating, then remove the WINBOT.
3.Check if the drive wheel tracks are obstructed by foreign objects. If any debris is found, carefully clear it using a tool, then restart the WINBOT.
