What Should I Do If the WINBOT Cleaning Solution Runs Out?

1. What to do when the cleaning solution is used up:
You can temporarily use tap water as a substitute.
Do not use filtered water, purified water, or distilled water.
WINBOT uses capacitive sensing to detect water level, and these types of water may cause detection failure.
Do not use cleaning liquids or glass cleaners from other brands.
2. Can I use other brands of cleaning solution?
No. Using non-ECOVACS cleaning liquids or glass cleaners may cause damage, slipping, or even falling.
If the original cleaning solution runs out, tap water may be used temporarily,
but cleaning performance may be reduced.
3. How to store the cleaning solution properly:
Shelf life: 2 years. Please refer to the bottle label for details.
Storage: Keep away from heat and store in a cool, dry place.
Recommended storage temperature: 0°C–30°C.
