1. Can WINBOT work while charging? Why is charging slow when in use?
Yes — WINBOT supports two modes:
Plugged-in mode:
You can use WINBOT while it's plugged in.
The adapter powers the robot and slowly charges the station battery at the same time.
Battery mode:
Unplug the power cord to use WINBOT on battery.
The built-in 5200mAh battery supports up to 130 minutes of cleaning.
Note:
Charging is much slower while in use.
At 10–40°C, standby charging takes ≤3h,
but charging during use may take over 6h. 2.If the power cord is accidentally unplugged during operation,
WINBOT will alert you with a voice prompt.
Don’t worry — just reconnect the power cord and WINBOT will resume normal operation.
