Where should RTK stations be placed?

If the RTK station is obstructed by buildings, satellite signals may be lost. Follow these principles to assess installation suitability:
1. Position the RTK pole at least 2 meters away from walls, large trees, etc.
2. Ensure no obstructions above the station for uninterrupted satellite signal reception.
3. The signal head must be vertically oriented and not tilted; avoid placement on soft ground to prevent angle deviation;
4. After powering on for 1 minute, the station is ready for use if the blue Indicator light remains steady. 5. If placed in grass shorter than the station, regularly trim surrounding vegetation to prevent overgrowth or entanglement around the pole.
