What should I do if the rain sensor malfunctions?

1. Rain protection triggered outdoors without rain: The rain sensor is highly sensitive. Prolonged contact with the sensor terminals or moisture on them can trigger protection. Gently wipe the sensor with a cloth or fine sandpaper.
2. Rain protection remains active despite no rain: 2.1 Verify if Rain Delay is enabled in the app. 2.2 The device defaults to disabling protection 3 hours after rain stops. Adjust the delay time in the app. 2.3 The rain sensor detects ambient humidity. Mowing won't resume immediately after rain ceases. Manually disable rain protection if immediate mowing is needed.
3. Rain delay adjusted to resume operation immediately after rain stops, yet no operation despite no rain outdoors: Modified rain delay settings take effect automatically upon the next rain protection trigger. For immediate effect, disable then re-enable the rain protection feature; it will then operate according to the latest settings.
4. The machine does not return to the station during rain: First, check in the mobile app whether the rain protection function is disabled. If enabled, dust may have accumulated on the sensor surface. Clean the sensor surface with a cloth. Regular cleaning and maintenance are recommended.
