GOAT Why won't it charge?
Opdateret den 2026/01/26
(1) Ensure the station outlet is powered, and GOAT is correctly positioned on the station in docking mode.
(2) Verify the station's blue light is breathing and the battery icon on the display is flashing.
(3) Inspect the charging contacts for cleanliness; copper corrosion may prevent charging.
(4) Charging will be disabled when battery temperature is ≤0°C or ≥55°C due to thermal protection. The system will automatically resume operation once temperature returns to normal (note: sensor readings may have slight inaccuracies).
If the issue persists after trying the above steps, please contact Ecovacs After-Sales Service.
