Real-time video cannot be opened or displays no image

1. Real-time video can be enabled via Bluetooth or WiFi, with the device automatically switching between connections. If it fails to open, weak WiFi signal may be the cause. Check GOAT's WiFi connection and ensure it is in an area with strong WiFi signal to use real-time video.
2. If no video is displayed, the camera may be obstructed. Remove any obstructions.
