The mopping pad is too dry or too wet for mopping.

1. If the mopping pad is too dry for mopping, please open the ECOVACS HOME App and go to Smart Cleaning to set the water flow level for mopping to high and set the mopping pad washing interval to deep. 

2. If the mopping pad is a little or too wet for mopping, please open the ECOVACS HOME App and go to Smart Cleaning to set the water flow level for mopping to low or medium and set the mopping pad washing interval to daily or high-efficiency.
