DEEBOT N10 cannot go over a 20 mm threshold.

1) The threshold of 20 mm was measured under ECOVACS laboratory conditions. In practice, factors such as the shape, width, and angle at which DEEBOT approaches the threshold will have an impact on the success of the threshold crossing.
2) The drive wheels may have pet and human hair on them. Please clean the drive wheels in a timely manner, otherwise DEEBOT’s ability to cross the threshold will also be affected.
