Robot can't be charged, what can I do?

Warm Reminder：
When your robot fails to charge, you can follow the steps to try:
1.Please first make sure that the power outlet is powered. The station indicator will light up.
2.Press and hold the "Power Button" on the Robot to turn it on, and briefly press the "Recharge Button" to make the robot automatically return to the station for docking and charging.
3.If the Robot can not be turned on, you can manually move the Robot to the station to dock directly, AUTO button light blinking white indicates that it is charging.
4.If manual or automatic charging is not possible, you can do so
①Please clean and wipe the charging contacts of the station and confirm that the rebound is normal.
②Please clean and wipe the charging contacts of the Robot.
After the above operations are completed, reconnect and observe. If the connection is still invalid, contact after-sales service.
