What should I do if the robot misses areas during cleaning?

I. How to determine if the robot has missed an area?
Definition of missed area: When the robot is performing sweeping and mopping tasks in Whole House Cleaning, Selected Room Cleaning, or Furniture Cleaning modes, and after it voice-prompt indicates that cleaning is complete, if there are areas that have not been cleaned, this can be considered a missed area.

II. If missed areas occur, you can try the following:

A. If the missed area is consistently the same area:
① Check if there is a thick carpet, rug, or a high threshold at the entrance to that area. If the height or thickness exceeds 2cm, the robot will not attempt to cross it to ensure smooth navigation throughout your home. It will forgo cleaning that area. We recommend tidying up or removing the obstacle if possible.
② Please first confirm the carpet settings in Map Management > Map Editing. If the carpet at the entrance to the area is set to "Avoid," the robot will forgo cleaning that area. Try changing the carpet setting for that area to "Pass Without Cleaning" and observe the result.

B. If missed areas occur in different areas:
① Please do not follow the robot while it is working, as this may cause the robot to avoid you and potentially miss cleaning areas.
② If there are many objects in the cleaning environment, to prevent missed areas, we recommend tidying up the area slightly and then observe.

III. What to do if missed areas occur because low-clearance or narrow spaces are inaccessible?
The robot's height is 8.1cm. The actual minimum clearance height it can reliably pass through ranges from approximately 12.5cm to 15.5cm. This can vary depending on the home environment; the lower the clearance, the lower the probability of the robot successfully passing through. If your furniture has a clearance height of 15.5cm or more, the robot can pass through smoothly.

Additionally: You can try enabling a setting in the App: Open the App > Tap the settings icon in the top right corner > Robot Advanced Settings > Low Clearance Passage > select "Maximum" and try again.
