How to handle the "mop washing tray abnormality"?

Bijgewerkt op 2025/07/02
1.Confirm that the mop washing tray is properly installed.
2.Confirm that the overflow float in the mop washing tray is completely installed (please also check the magnet on the float).
3.Please check if there is water in the tray:
① If there is no water:
Please check if the overflow float is stuck by any foreign objects. If so, clean it. The overflow float should naturally fall back when moved up and down, which indicates normal operation.
② If there is water:
1.Open the dirty water tank cover and check if there are any obvious foreign objects on the contact surface between the sealing ring and the tank. If there are, wipe and clean them; if not, close the cover.
2.Remove the integrated water tank and take out the sealing plug for cleaning. Reinstall the sealing plug and check that there are no foreign objects between the integrated water tank and the station. Place it back and press it down firmly to ensure it is properly installed.
3.Place the Robot at the station and dock it for charging. Press and hold the recharge button to activate the station's self-cleaning function. Wait for 50 seconds and observe if the wastewater can be pumped out.
4.If cannot be pumped out, remove the mop washing tray, pour out the water, clean the tray, and reinstall it back into the station.
5.Reconnect and disconnect the power switch of the station, and start the mopping task again to observe the wastewater drained situation.
