Why does the robot sometimes start working without washing the mopping pads after initiating a mopping task?

If the robot detects that the mopping pad is still damp (for example, after the previous washing, it was only dried for a short while and the cloth is still relatively wet; or if the drying function is turned off and the cloth remains damp), it will not wash the cloth again. This is to save water and prevent the mopping cloth from becoming excessively wet.
