What do we do if the machine keeps failing/building incomplete maps?

(1)Confirm that the robot's protective film has been removed before use;
(2)Confirm that the room doors are opened as far as possible when building map to avoid any room omissions;
(3)It is recommended to clean up the debris on the ground to ensure that the robot can pass through all areas properly; (4)Confirm that it starts from the AES/charging dock, if you manually end the work in the process, or directly moving it back to the AES/charging dock will lead to map building failure;
(5) It is recommended to pay attention to the working status of the robot during the cleaning process, and help remove obstacles during the process, so as to avoid malfunctions that may lead to map building failure; (6) If the map building is incomplete, delete the map and rebuild the map according to the above suggestions;
