What are the requirements for the robot to connect to the network?

(1) It is recommended that you temporarily turn off your cell phone's 4G or 5G mobile data service and make sure that your cell phone is connected to your home Wi-Fi network;
(2) If you are using a dual-band router at home:
a.If it is set to "Dual-Band Preferred" or "Dual-Band All-in-One", you can directly make the connection to the network.
b. If it is set to emit two Wi-Fi signals, please set the cell phone to temporarily ignore the 5G band Wi-Fi signal;
(3) In connecting and after connecting is completed, choose not to hide the Wi-Fi signals in the router settings; (4) At present, VPN or proxy server is not supported, and the network through web authentication and certification is not supported; (5) If MAC address filtering is set in the router, please turn off the setting first, and then check the MAC address of the machine in the 'Robot Information Center-Network Information' of APP after the successful network connecting, add it manually and then set filtering.
