The robot cannot be charged,what can we do?

1. confirm that the adapter has been installed in place, check whether the power socket is energized, replace the socket to test,;
2. check if there is any dirt or black spots on the charging contacts of the charging dock/AES and robot, wipe it with a dry rag and try charging again;
3. long press the power button to reboot and charge;
