What should I do if the WINBOT gets stuck at the edge and can't be removed?

1. Open the APP to enter the device, click "Remote Control", select the corresponding side and enter, remotely control the WINBBOT to a reachable position and remove it.
2. If the remote control does not respond, follow these steps:
① Disconnect power;
② Pull the power cord with steady force, moving it horizontally along the glass surface, to bring the WINBOT to a reachable position and remove it.
3. After removal, wipe the driving wheel tracks, spherical sensors, and side rollers with a clean cloth.
4. Quickly press the four spherical sensors multiple times, then press the four corner brush rollers.
5. Check if the wiping pad is installed correctly. Ensure the wide and narrow edges are aligned and the pad is flat and secure.
Kind Reminder:
* Do not rinse or soak the corner brushes or spherical sensors with a large amount of water.
