First, check if the software version is the latest version (3.1.0 or above). If not, please upgrade the firmware to the latest version. If the glass has not been cleaned for a long time and has accumulated a lot of dust, the dust capacity of the cleaning cloth will reach its limit after the window-cleaning robot has been working for a while. Users should clean the cloth in a timely manner or perform multiple cleanings to resolve the streaking issue.
