Alert: Insufficient air pressure How to deal with it?
Updated on 2026/07/20
Kind Reminder:
If air pressure is low during use, ensure you are not at an altitude above 2,000m, as the product is not for high-altitude use. Also, check for gaps or low obstacles on the glass. For such surfaces, use the manual remote control via the App. If the issue is not environmental, try these steps:
1. Use the ECOVACS HOME App to remotely control the WINBOT to a reachable position.
If the App is not currently connected, you can use one of the following methods to establish a connection:
① Scan the QR code on the WINBOT with the App and follow the step-by-step instructions.
② Select "Add Robot" in the App, manually choose the corresponding model, and complete the connection.
2. Grasp the handle firmly, then press and hold the START button for 2 seconds. Once the fan stops, remove the main unit from the glass.
3. Ensure that the wide and narrow edges of the wiping pad are properly aligned with the mop bracket and attached securely.
4. After confirming that the unit is in normal condition, press and hold the START button for 2 seconds to restart the fan. Once the WINBOT has successfully adhered to the glass, it will resume its cleaning task.
