Troubleshooting Hardware Alarms ("Obstruction Detected" or "Abnormal Status")

Updated on 2026/07/20
The WINBOT has a very low probability of encountering an occasional hardware anomaly. If this occurs, the robot will stop moving and play a voice alert. Please follow these steps:
1. Check if the WINBOT is placed on a glass surface with an excessive tilt angle. The robot is only suitable for tilted glass within a range of -45° to 45° relative to the vertical plane; it cannot operate properly beyond this range.
2. If the environment is correct, follow the steps based on the robot's current state:
① If the WINBOT is adhered to the glass: Firmly hold the power cord (do not stand directly beneath the robot), slowly pull the unit to a reachable position, and then hold the START button for at least 2 seconds to turn off the fan and remove it.
② If the WINBOT is not adhered to the glass: Power the unit off, disconnect the power, and then restart it.
If the error disappears after restarting, it was a temporary glitch and you can continue usage. If the alarm persists or you have further concerns, please contact After-Sales Service.
