How to connect your DEEBOT with the ECOVACS HOME App

Preparation for the connection
1. Scan the QR code on the robot or search the ECOVACS HOME App in Google Play or Apple App Store, download and install the Ecovacs Home App as per the instructions. Please allow the related locating authorization (including GPS and GPRS) for this APP.
2. Please ensure your smart phone is connected to your home WiFi .
Notes: The robot supports 2.4GHz WiFi signal or mixed network of 2.4GHz/5GHz. If your router sends out two WiFi signals, please temporarily ignore the 5GHz Wi-Fi signal.
3. Please enable the Bluetooth function on your smart phone.
Start connecting your DEEBOT with the ECOVACS HOME App:
Open the ECOVACS Home app and add your robot by scanning the QR code on the robot. Follow the in-app instructions to complete the network connection. Alternatively, you can also manually add the model and connect the robot to the network. In addition: If the Bluetooth cannot be found, you can click "Robot not found", short press the fixed-point cleaning key and the reset key according to the prompts, and continue to connect to the network;
Tips:
1. The robot does not support hidden WiFi signal, meaning the WiFi signal network name should be visible on your smart phone for the connection.
2. The connection does not support VPN or Proxy server currently.
3. The connection does not support web authentication or certification network. 4.If MAC address filtering is set up in the router, please turn off this setting first, try to connect using a mobile phone hotspot, and after success check the Mac address in the APP's 'Settings-about DEEBOT'.
