The mopping pad plates are not fully installed/are entangled/there’s powder on the support pole after long-term use.

Robot prompts that mopping pad plates are not fully installed:
After disassembling the mopping pad plates and re-installing them, you will hear the click sound to indicate they are successfully installed, then restart the robot. If the problem persists, please contact Customer Care.
Robot prompts that the mopping pad plates are entangled with debris:
Flip over the robot and check whether there is debris entangled in the mopping pad plates. If there is, clean them. If the problem still remains after cleaning, please contact Customer Care.
After long-term use, there is a small amount of powder on the mopping pad plate support pole:
When the robot is performing cleaning tasks, the moppping pad plate support pole will show signs of wear and tear due to the rotation movement. Some powder may be produced and can be cleaned away. This powder does not affect the use of the robot.
