Why can't the robot fully recognize the carpet or recognize the carpet as a floor?

Currently, some special materials and specifications of carpets may disturb the robot's recognition. Such as:
1. Carpets with extremely hardness (similar to wooden floor hardness)
2. Carpets with hair length less than 2mm
3. PVC or other special materials
4. You can set up a virtual wall in the App if the area does not need cleaning.
