Bijgewerkt op 2021/04/02
1. Auto-emptying cannot start when the T9 returns to the auto-empty station base?
(1) Please check that the base and main body of the station are correctly assembled as described in the user manual.
(2) Please check that the station's power cable is plugged into the socket and connected to the auto-empty station.
(3) The station's dust cover needs to be fully closed while auto-emptying is in progress.
(4) Please ensure that the disposable dust bag is fitted correctly.
(5) Auto-emptying will not start when Do Not Disturb mode is enabled in the user settings.
(6) Auto-emptying will not start when you tell DEEBOT to return to the station after you have finished using Video Manger.
(7) Auto-emptying will not start if you move DEEBOT back to the station by hand; it is only triggered when the device returns automatically.
If you have ruled out the issues above and the problem persists, please contact ECOVACS Customer Care.
2. Cannot install the special dustbin provided for use with the auto-empty station in the T9?
(1) When installing the dustbin, you need to lift the handle first in order to install it inside the casing, and you need to lift the handle again to remove it.
(2) Please check whether the cover over the two air vents on the underside of DEEBOT's dustbin have been removed; if not, use the key provided to remove the cosmetic fitting over the two dust vents (see user manual).
3. Auto-empty station cannot start auto-emptying as normal when the red indicator is showing?
(1) Please check that the special dustbin provided for use with the auto-empty station has been fitted in the T9 (there are two openings on the underside of the dustbin).
(2) On the underside of the dustbin provided for use with the station, check whether the two flaps are jammed by a foreign object, and if so, clear them.
(3) Please check that the cosmetic fitting over the two dust vents on the underside of the T9 casing has been removed using the key provided.
(4) Please check for any major blockage of the air ducts on the underside of the auto-empty station. Remove the duct cover and clear any blockage you find.
4. How many dust-emptying modes does the auto-empty station have?
(1) The auto-empty station has two dust-emptying modes: auto-emptying and manual emptying.
(2) Auto-emptying can be disabled in the settings (once disabled, auto-emptying will not start automatically when DEEBOT returns to the station; the new setting will take effect from the next cleaning).
(3) During cleaning, DEEBOT can receive signals from the station. When it receives a signal, the manual emptying icon will be displayed on the main control screen, and you can select manual emptying.
5. Why is the auto-empty station not clearing all the dust from inside the T9's dustbin?
(1) Please check that the special auto-empty station dustbin provided has been fitted in the T9 (there are two openings on the underside of the dustbin).
(2) On the underside of the dustbin provided for use with the station, check whether the two flaps are jammed by a foreign object, and if so, clear them.
(3) Please check that the cosmetic fitting over the two dust vents on the underside of the T9 casing has been removed using the key provided.
(4) The dust bag may be overfull. If so, please replace the disposable bag.
6. Why does garbage spill out of the T9 during auto-emptying?
(1) Please check that the special dustbin provided for use with the auto-empty station has been fitted in the T9 (there are two openings on the underside of the dustbin).
(2) On the underside of the special auto-empty station dustbin, check whether the two flaps are jammed by a foreign object and clear them, if necessary.
7. The white indicator on the device still lit up when the auto-empty station is not in operation?
The white light is a standby light and will go off automatically 10 minutes after auto-emptying. It will then go back to standby mode.
8. DEEBOT can't dock in the auto-empty charging station?
(1) As detailed in the user manual, please ensure that the station is placed on a hard surface, is plugged in, and that there is sufficient room for DEEBOT to maneuver around the station when it returns to charge.
(2) If the station is placed on a deep-pile carpet or rug, DEEBOT will have more difficulty returning to charge.
(3) If your floor is completely carpeted, we recommend positioning the station so that it faces the same direction as the carpet pile (rather than perpendicular to the carpet).
9. I have a CH1833/CH1822 charging station at home. Can the T9 distinguish between them?
(1) The T9 can recognize both CH1833/CH1822 charging stations and the auto-empty station. If you have both types installed in your home, it will choose to return to the auto-empty station over the other type.
(2) If you purchase an auto-empty station assembly, we recommend removing the CH1833/CH1822.
10. Except for the initial startup, can DEEBOT be restarted on the Auto-Empty Station?
It is not recommended to restart DEEBOT on the Auto-Empty Station except for initial DEEBOT startup. Since the Auto-Empty Station has some kind of slope, restarting DEEBOT on it will increase the possibility of location failure and mapping lost or overlapped. If the map has already lost or overlapped, it is recommended to move DEEBOT manually to the floor to restore the map or perform cleaning again.
