The robot can't connect to the app, how do I handle it?

Please check whether the WiFi indicator light is always on.
1. If yes, try to switch the network, log out and log in again to refresh the status;
2. If it blinks, try to restart the machine and router, observe whether the light turns on for a long time, if not, check the WiFi signal strength, and long press the charge button and spot cleaning button for 3 seconds to try to reconnect the network;
3. If it is off, check if the robot triggered the low-power mode by long-pressing the power button for 20 seconds or long-pressing the charge button for 10 seconds when it is on the AES/charging dock, or the robot enters the low-power mode after hibernating on a full charge,it turns off the light and disconnect from the network, and you can release the low-power mode by pressing any button on the robot.
