Why can't GOAT locate the station or connect to it properly?

(1)Verify the station is powered on, has not experienced power interruptions or malfunctions, and its Indicator is illuminated.

(2) Check if the station has been moved.
(3) Verify the return-to-charge path is unobstructed. Ensure no obstacles within 2 meters of the station.
(4) Inspect the white reflective film on the station for coverage or damage. (5) Check for copper corrosion on the station or GOAT charging pads. If present, power off the station and shut down GOAT before wiping clean.
(6) Check for reflective objects near the station that resemble the white reflective film (e.g., open umbrellas, reflective metal railings, reflective tape, fluorescent shoes/laces, reflective mirrors, road signs with reflective materials), which may mislead the GOAT (7) Check if the AI fisheye camera on the front of the GOAT is clean. (8) Check if there are excessive shaded areas near the station. If so, relocate the charging station to an open area, preferably close to a grassy area with good RTK signal reception (recommended distance <7 meters).
(9) If your unit is an O600 RTK, observe whether the Supplementary Light activates when the robot begins recharging from 1 meter in front of the station. If it does not illuminate, contact after-sales support directly.
