Why does GOAT display "Device is in use" during network setup?

If your device has already been paired by another user, it cannot support a second pairing.
1. If the paired user is a family member, ask them to share the device with you. The recipient will gain equal usage rights.
2. If the device is paired by another user, contact the paired user to unpair it (remove the device from their device list).
3. Reset the device and try again.
If none of the above methods work, please contact after-sales support.
