If the RTK station head is removed and not returned to its original position, can GOAT still be used normally?

If the RTK station is moved, GOAT will not function normally. Movement may cause positioning errors, leading to risks such as boundary breaches or falls, and may even cause it to stop working. You may try returning the RTK station to its original position, or relocate and secure it before rebuilding the map.
