DEEBOT X1 cannot find the docking station or has difficulty returning to the docking station in Mopping mode.

(1) Make sure that the door to the room where the docking station is located is not closed.
(2) Keep an area 0.5 m either side and 1.5 m in front of the docking station clear of obstacles and reflective objects (such as mirrors, metals and glass).
(3) We recommend DEEBOT starts cleaning from the docking station. (If DEEBOT is not in the station, please move it in front of the docking station first and tap the Recall button on the docking station so DEEBOT can return.)
(4) Make sure the docking station is not on a carpet.
