Why does the WINBOT report being "Stuck" at low temperatures (0°C)?

The recommended operating range is 0°C to 40°C. Using the WINBOT outside this range may damage the machine. Below 0°C, do not use water or damp pads, as icing may cause the WINBOT to fall.
