Water spray failed?

1. If the WINBOT W2 reminds that there is not enough water in the water tank, please refill it in time.
2. Use a clean and moist cloth to wipe the spray outlet to avoid blockage by foreign matter.
3. Enter the ECOVACS HOME App, tap Settings, and enable Auto Spray function.
4. If there is still no water spraying out, it may be due to the cleaning solution is not added in time when WINBOT W2 is cleaning at low water level, resulting in no water in the water pipe. Please try to enter the App - Auto Spray function to view the solutions.
Note:
1) Please do not let the water overflow the water tank.
2) Do not fill with purified or filtered water.
3) Do not use other cleaning solutions.
