Causes and Solutions for Entrapment (Stuck Robot)

If the robot becomes stuck (especially on hard-to-reach exterior windows), please use the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Confirm that the bumper protection strips have been removed and tap the bumper to ensure it recoils freely.
2. Ensure that all side brushes are correctly installed.
3. For vertical narrow windows, adhere the robot vertically; for horizontal narrow windows, adhere the robot horizontally.
4. When cleaning glass with handles or hinges, start the cleaning task at least 10cm away from the frames or obstacles.
5. If the tracks have not been cleaned for a long time, remove the WINBOT and clean the driving wheel tracks following the guide in the App.
6. If the robot gets stuck again after these steps, we suggest using the Remote Control feature in the App to guide it manually.
