1. Streaks after cleaning: If the window hasn't been cleaned for a long time, dust accumulation may exceed the pad's capacity. Please wash the pad promptly, or try a "wet wipe followed by a dry wipe" cycle.
2. Sunlight streaks: Streaks visible under certain lighting are usually formed by trace amounts of residual water drying on the glass. We recommend replacing the pad with a clean, dry one and running a full cycle to eliminate these marks.
