How to deal with missed cleaning areas?

1.There is a carpet or mat placed at the door of the room; confirm in the APP-Map Management - Map Editing - Carpet Properties, and change it to Pass Unclean.
2.The obstacle clearance height of the DEEBOT is 2cm. If the height or thickness exceeds 2cm, the machine will give up cleaning the area.
3.The robot has intelligent obstacle avoidance capabilities, and sometimes it may miss scanning some areas to avoid damaging furniture or thresholds at the door of a room.
Note：If there are many items in the environment, in order to avoid missing items, it is recommended that you tidy them up and observe.
