Why is the AIVI 3D module sometimes unable to avoid obstacles?

(1) Dust may have accumulated in the AIVI 3D module. We recommend wiping it with a soft, dry tissue.
(2) The AIVI 3D Smart Detection function is not enabled in the App.
(3) It will occasionally lightly touch obstacles in order to improve coverage. This is normal.
