Video Manager is unable to launch or there is a response delay during remote control.

1. Please check the WiFi connection status. The Video Manager will work normally only if DEEBOT is in an area with a good WiFi signal. 
2. Due to the home network has time-delays at different times (long time-delay with many devices, short time-delay with few devices), it may take more time to load the image. If the images do not load after several attempts, try powering the DEEBOT off and back on and then reconnect.
3. Please upgrade your DEEBOT via the ECOVACS HOME APP in time for better product experience.
